Campaign Against Gang Warfare (Newark)
Attempt to make a recommendation to Bret to make the war against gang activities as a campaign issue. The intent here is to place the responsibility under the Homeland Security Department's Division of the general war on drugs - since street gangs main operations involve drug trafficking.
